THE SHORT VERSION

I help people develop the mindset and performance skills they need to show up as their best selves — in sport, leadership, and life.

Not through motivation or hype, but through pragmatic, person-centered skill development grounded in evidence and real-world experience.

MY WHY

I do this work because I’ve seen people from all walks of life struggle to show up the way they want — not because they lack ability or effort, but because they haven’t been given the skills to navigate pressure, expectations, and the world around them.

Athletes. Leaders. Students. Professionals.

Different environments, same challenge.

When people lack clarity, confidence, or effective coping skills, performance suffers — and so does well-being. I believe people deserve better tools than “try harder” or “be more confident.”

That belief is what drives my work.

How I Came to This Work

My background spans athletics, coaching, strength and conditioning, and applied performance psychology. I’ve worked in competitive sport environments, supported individuals and teams through growth and transition, and spent years studying how mindset, behavior, and performance intersect.

Over time, one pattern became clear: the most effective support isn’t about fixing people — it’s about helping them build skills they can apply across environments.

That realization shapes how I work today.
