From there, we determine the most appropriate next step — whether that’s individual coaching, team or organizational development, or a speaking/workshop engagement designed to introduce and reinforce growth.

WHO LEADS THE CONSULT
Herrick Performance Consulting is led by Dr. Brittany Herrick, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC®) with a doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology.
This work integrates sport psychology, behavior science, and applied performance development to support people in showing up as their best selves — across sport, leadership, and life.
